We hope to close on the house after Christmas but before New Year's, if everything stays on schedule. There are many projects to do with this house including a few minor repairs (most of which we can do ourselves), lots of painting, and replacing all the flooring throughout the home. But we can't wait to carve out our own little corner of the world, just the way we like it!!
